Meet the team at Michigan HUD Foundation Certifications

Mike has been inspecting homes for the last decade and is a recognized Certified Master Inspector with InterNACHI. He is also a Certified Inspection Expert, and is Peer recognized as one of 'Michigan's Best' Home Inspectors. With an additional twenty years in the construction industry before he began inspecting homes, he has designed, estimated and built houses from the ground up.

Dawn doesn't just answer the phones and do the scheduling. She is also our resident Certified Mold Remediation Expert, as well as having been Certified by the State of Michigan as a Lead Paint Inspector and Risk Assessor.

Michael has inspected homes since 2013. He has had an expanding career in home construction and remodeling and is currently working in an electrical apprenticeship. You may meet Michael in Northern Michigan as he is one of our on site inspectors gathering information and data for our dedicated team of Engineers.
